This introductory BD$M workshop offers a grounded and accessible entry point into the world of power, play, and conscious exploration. Together, we’ll build a foundation of consent, communication, and safety, while exploring power, sensation, the dynamics of domination and submission in both physical and psychological forms. You’ll learn practical tools for negotiation, boundary-setting, and aftercare, alongside an introduction to impact play and the use of rules and protocols. This workshop is designed to give you the confidence, awareness, and skills to explore BDSM in a way that is intentional, consensual, and connected.
What to expect

- Games & Connection
- An inclusive, sx+ environment grounded in consent, where exploration and expression are welcome
During the guided part we will explore
- Consent and safety frameworks inluding negotiation, boundaries, and aftercare
- An introduction to impact play
- Moving sensation, grounding, and integration
- An introduction to psycological domination, rules and protocols
No prior experience is needed.
What to bring
- Comfortable clothing you can move in and helps you feel good. that can mean something that makes you feel confident, powerful, soft, comfy - or all of the above
- Food for dinner to share with the group
- Any props or toys you might want to play with
