Join us for a soulful afternoon designed to reconnect you with your body and your voice.
We begin at 2pm with Kacper Smuyoga, guiding you through a deeply nourishing Sacred Boundaries practice combined with yoga nidra — a space to soften, release, and gently return to yourself. This opening session invites you to rest, reflect, and explore where your energy begins and ends.
We’ll then pause for a grounding break with ceremonial cacao or matcha, giving you time to integrate, connect, and simply be.
Next, Domi Face Yoga will lead you through a revitalising face yoga session — awakening the muscles of the face, releasing stored tension, and inviting a natural, radiant glow from within.
To close the day, we welcome Aleksandra Kaźmierczak — artist and author — for an intimate meeting and conversation around her books.
Across “Andy and Other Crawlers” and “Atlas of Butterflies”, Aleksandra Kaźmierczak explores what it means to return to yourself as a woman — through the body, relationships, and creative expression.
Her work moves beyond fear and overthinking, inviting women into a more grounded, self-led way of living — where sensitivity becomes strength and life is created from truth.
This gathering is an invitation to slow down, to feel and to expand.
