within our movement and how to unravel it, and most importantly, how to feel it 🪄
in era of perfect aesthetics & clean looks lets lean into a bit more emotion, a bit more intention, & all of the imperfection!
looking to Gabrielle Roth, tanztheater excersises & playful routines, together we will navigate our emotional range within our bodies
as always this session is for dancers & non-dancers alike. the only request is to come with curiosity 🧠
