Herbal First Aid
When you're stuck without a First Aid kit, how can you look to the plants around you for support instead?
In this session we'll meet a number of common plants that can support us in times of need, whether that be burns, bites, bruises or breaks.
We'll consider plasters, poultices, washes and more. Well get to know one plant directly through a 'Herb Journey' tasting and we'll make an all-natural, all-purpose First Aid balm to take away.
Maïa is a trained First Aider, as well as an enthusiastic home herbalist.
