Dr Who Locations, a Stroll through Time and Space in aid of Cabaret vs Cancer
A stroll with play-acted Dr Who scripts at various locations along the Thames, a quiz, a drawing competition and a chance to meet other LGBTQI+ Dr Who fans in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Starting at Parliament Square at 1pm, pausing for the chance of refreshments and loo breaks near the South Bank and finishing at St Pauls Cathedral at about 4pm followed by a visit to a local café or pub for the marking of the quiz and the judging of the drawing competition. Prizes (not very good ones!) will be awarded to the winners.
We will be meeting next to the Winston Churchill Statue in Parliament Square from about 12:45pm for the 1pm start. We will be proceeding at a pace that is comfortable to everyone on the stroll and the route as we have mapped it is accessible and crosses only four roads.
Proceeds from the tickets will go to Cabaret vs Cancer.
