This includes but is not limited to unwanted advances, persistent attention after rejection, inappropriate comments, or intimidation.
5. Right to Remove Attendees. Event organisers reserve the right to remove any individual from the event at any time if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or makes others feel uncomfortable. This decision is at the sole discretion of the organisers.
6. No Refund Policy for Removal. Any attendee who is removed from the event due to a breach of these terms will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
7. Reporting Concerns If you feel uncomfortable or witness behaviour that violates these terms, please report it to event staff immediately. All reports will be handled with discretion and care.
8. Agreement to Terms. Attendance at the event constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere may result in removal without refund.
