This class invites dancers into a space of endurance, trance, and catharsis.
Inspired by the liberation of the dance floor, we will move past exhaustion to release fear/self-consciousness and arrive at a state of raw presence.
keilan will be leading a session consisting of body strengthening, durational groove, and contemporary phrase work.
ALL LEVELS WELCOME LET’S GET SWEATY AND LEAD WITH LOVE.
