We are only a week out to opening London’s newest third space, craft cafe, and wine bar in Hackney Wick, and we need YOUR HELP!
After hosting 2 very successful FLINTA socials, people were asking us to host one more, on a weekend, that involved not only FLINTA folks, but other queer, women, working class, and POC London creatives that feel like Rhizomatic is the space for them! Of course, we have to give the people what they want (and there’s a bit more renovation to do!)
As we are self funding the renovation process, we are doing a lot of the physical work ourselves (which means a lot of late nights and aching muscles). As opening gets closer and closer, it’s becoming clear we need more hands on deck! When thinking about building a space FOR the community, BY the community, we realized how special it would be to have people come in before we open our doors and be a part of the humble beginnings :)
Come get your hands dirty, prime some walls, stain some wood, plaster some holes, or just come be a cheerleader and watch some hot people at work. All tickets will come with a free drink (both alcoholic and non alcoholic options available) and are completely free, because you are helping US!!! And who knows, maybe you’ll meet your new best friend, the love of your life, or just shake ass to a fire playlist (you can’t go wrong).
