The Divine Fringe Presents…
Split Bill: Welcome to my Death & Loved by you
Hui Chen: Welcome to my Death
Follow Ivee, a playful and curious orchardist, on their journey to a joyful death party.
Through movement, poetic questions, digital imagery, audience interaction, personal stories and ritual, guests journey with Ivee through an inner landscape of fear, mirth, grief, and wonder, ultimately arriving at a gentle acceptance of both life and death.
Tangerines guide their way — until Ivee's final breath reveals a secret... Blending movement, poetic questions, digital imagery, audience interaction, personal stories and ritual, Welcome to My Death is a transdisciplinary solo performance exploring our collective relationship with mortality — from physical decay to spiritual rebirth. It invites the audience to hold death not as tragedy, but as teacher — a mirror through which we rediscover how to live.

Dino Desica: Death & Loved by you
"I’m just a small girl in a big world, trying to find someone to love."
In 1926, a legend was born. Decades later, in a town without queer references, a young Dino Desica found his first mirror in the blonde artifice of Marilyn Monroe. Now, in the year of her centenary, Dino returns to the stage to pay a visceral, tragicomic homage to the woman who taught him how to perform desire.
LOVED BY YOU is a raw collision between the hyper-masculine body and a haunting, childish longing for intimacy. Navigating the bruising reality of contemporary queer life, from the digital void of Grindr to the anonymous hope of the dark room, Dino deconstructs the icon to find himself. Through a cappella fragments of Monroe’s most iconic songs and an intimate confessional monologue, this performance explores the desperate negotiation between the image we project and the private, vulnerable need to be seen.
