Focus on: Dance, Partnering & Aerial Harness
Tess and Jen are running an extended company class incorporating the techniques used in the residency for a dance, partnering and aerial harness session. Each day will begin with a Flying Low dance warm up before moving into partnering exercises on the floor. From this we will then take it into the harness and work with partnering where at least one partner is suspended.
The sessions are open for those with a professional movement practice regardless of style, whether you are new to aerial harness or have experience in it. The partnering work may involve close physical contact (ie hugging and folding into a partner, holding them in different ways) and the harness work will be low to the floor. For the harness please bring extra layers for your hips and waist, and indoor trainers.
