Each session is a unique experience. Sometimes it feels like a deep rest you didn’t realise you needed, and other times it brings up emotion, release, or insight. It’s a beautiful way to reconnect with yourself.
The journey begins with a delicious cup of ceremonial cacao infused with locally foraged plant medicine. There will be a guided meditation followed by a gentle and relaxing sound bath. Every participant will receive some homemade chocolate to take away with them, and the opportunity to buy some raw cacao at a discounted price.
Angela Peach has been working with plant medicine for over ten years. She began adding locally foraged plants to her cacao ceremonies, bringing a little alchemy and extra magic to create a beautiful way to start a sound immersion. She has spent a lot of time with her 432 Hz Crystal Singing Bowls, which form the heart of the sound immersion, but she also incorporates Koshi chimes, shamanic drums and rattles, waterfall chimes, rain sticks, flutes, pipes, and gongs.
