Drop by anytime between 2-5pm on Saturday 6th June to have a lovely crafty picnic! Join in on an embroidered patch workshop led by Sxc Scraps, with all second-hand materials and tuition provided.
We’ll be picnicking in the Queen Mary Rose Gardens, Regent’s Park - a lovely picturesque spot, with shade if desired, and nearby (step-free accessible) loos and a cafe!
Patch inspo:
- Fun queer slogans!
- Stars! Hearts! Any shape you like
- A little house for little felt frogs (see frog house pictured in workshop graphics above, frogs are still in progress, watch this space)
I’ll provide denim as a backing for your patches, and lots of various colours and prints of fabrics, so the opportunities are endless, see you there!
Materials:
All materials provided, sourced from various second-hand sources: fabric and textile samples, charity shop clothing, or other exciting places!
BYOP/Picnic Tickets:
Bring-Your-Own-Project/Picnic tickets are PWYC, you can just join for the picnic and lovely vibes, or bring your own project to still get crafty :)
