Heya everyone! Very excited to announce that we will be jamming on: Sunday the 07 June from 18:30 at Over Drive Studios, Resolution Way, London SE8 4NT!
You can bring your own instruments if you like, but there will be electric guitars, a bass, keyboard, vocal mics, drums/cymbals/sticks provided.
Accessabilty: The entrance doorframe has to be stepped over - but the door frame can be moved itself to temporarily remove this step. There are a couple of bumps in the doorways inside the venue. Rooms 2-4, (which include the second stage, acoustic room, and social space) have some narrow doorways to get into, but the main stage space does not. The main stage does have a step up onto it.
Food and Booze: Food and booze is allowed! Just please make sure you keep the place tidy and please don't get too drunk.
Other things:
- Do not do any illegal drugs on site. Facilitators will ask you to leave if you do, please do not make us do that.
- Be careful with the equipment and please respect venue as well as other's equipment.
- You are responsible for your own property so please be mindful of it.
- Clean up after yourselves. We will have bin bags onsite and in each of the rooms so please keep the rooms clean and tidy.
- Be nice, Be kind and have fun
Finally, if you have any cis friends that want to join, you can bring them along as guests. But please keep in mind that the jam is focused on creating a space for trans people. Make sure any guests are well behaved. See you all soon!
