Men's Yoga for GBTQIA+ Guys
This men-only yoga class is the perfect way to begin your week. Combining elements of hatha (static), vinyasa (flowing), yin (restorative) and pranayama (breathing), this class will get you moving, increase your flexibility & range of motion, and help bring balance to the stresses of work and life. It's a great way to shake off any Monday Blues and prepare for the week ahead.
Classes are friendly, fun, supportive, non-judgmental and especially welcoming to guys who are new to yoga. If you've ever felt intimidated or hesitant to attend other yoga classes, or if you think you're not flexible enough to do yoga, this is yoga for you. All levels and abilities are welcome (even complete beginners), even with a minimum degree of fitness. Classes are suitable for ages 18-80 and beyond. Come as you are.
Mats are available for use in the class, but but please feel free to bring your own yoga mat or mat towel.
What to wear: Comfortable fitness clothing that allows movement. Leggings, tight shorts, loose gym shorts etc along with a t-shirt or vest. There is a changing room, but please note that shower facilities are not available.
What to bring: Water bottle, Small sweat towel (optional)
An optional, casual social will follow the class on the 1st & 3rd Monday for everyone who'd like to come along.
