Join Vianney from How Do We Begin Again for a special ‘Trans Town’ Iyengar Yoga class in support of Trans Pride Hastings 2026 at Humble Heart Studio in St Leonards.
This 60min session will be a chance to come together to celebrate and uplift the trans community, creating a space for pride, visibility, care & connection.
No yoga experience is needed. Whether it’s your very first class or you’ve been practising for years, expect an uplifting, active class with clear guidance, accessible poses, and plenty of support along the way.
