Terms & Conditions

1. General By purchasing a ticket to the London Pole Championships (“the Event”), you enter into a binding agreement with the Event organisers and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. No Refunds All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including (but not limited to) changes in personal circumstances, travel issues, illness, or inability to attend. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
3. Event Cancellation If the Event is cancelled in full by the organisers, ticket holders will be offered a refund of the face value of the ticket. If the Event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may transfer your ticket to another person (see Section 4).
4. Ticket Transfers If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to arrange the transfer and provide the correct attendee details to the organisers or ticketing platform before the Event.
5. Programme Changes The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the Event schedule, performers, categories, or running order at any time. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
6. Admission Rights The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who behaves in a way that is unsafe, disruptive, or violates venue rules.
7. Photography & Filming The Event may be photographed or filmed. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in Event promotional materials unless you notify the organisers in writing beforehand.
8. Liability The organisers are not responsible for personal property, travel costs, or any losses incurred due to attendance or inability to attend the Event.
