Comedy is coming back to Millbrook!
Join us on Friday, September 4th, 2026, for a side-splitting night of live comedy featuring Kev Mud, Walter Jack and Brambles!
Kev Mud: Kev made a blistering start to his stand up career by either winning or getting to the finals of most national competitions in his first year. So it's no surprise that by year three, he was booked to play on the main comedy stage at Glastonbury, and been the subject of full page articles in the national press.
Kev is “one to watch” (Chortle) and “one of the best new acts in the last 20 years” (Spiky Mike, Funhouse Comedy). He brings his experiences as a homeless ex-addict to a performance that has been described as “honest, charming and humorous” (British Comedy Guide), by delivering his stories and cleverly written pieces “with charm and wit” (Chortle).
Walter Jack: Walter never was a dentist and doesn’t have a cat but that doesn’t hold him back. Offering ‘a charming mix of gentle silliness and mild self-deprecation….two out of six on an imagined
scale of funniness….he does himself a disservice; Steve Bennett, Chortle. Material
‘perfectly honed with elements of the surreal, he left my companion and I giddy and
astounded at how tight & original his set was Slap Magazine. Or ‘breaking 4th walls,
messing with premises...had me howling. Greenbank Comedy. Bristol.
Brambles is a well-known, Bristol-based stand-up comedian recognized for high energy, cheeky puns, and relatable storytelling. They are a frequent fixture on the local live circuit, regularly host open mic nights, and can be booked for private events
And hosted, as always, by Will Skillington.
Bar opens 7pm, show starts 8pm.
