Kids Weaving Workshop

For kids aged 6+

In this workshop, we will learn about weaving - what it is, how it is used, and making our own. Children will be able to try weaving in a variety of ways including on a trellis and a cardboard loom, with a variety of materials. There will also be the opportunity to make woven bracelets or experiment with weaving with paper.

Please pack a snack and a drink for your child as we will have a break halfway through.

All art materials are provided. The session will be low-intensity and fidget toys will be available for children to use.

About your teacher:

Kip Erev is an HCPC registered art therapist and qualified teacher who works in schools across Sussex with young people aged 4 - 18. He has a wealth of experience supporting young people with special educational needs and disabilities, as well as offering warm, inclusive and playful experiences for all.
