What happens when dance becomes a bridge between cultures?
This summer, we're returning to the Govanhill International Festival & Carnival with Dancing Bridges: Breaking Boundaries – a Latin-Arab inspired celebration where movement connects cultures, stories, and communities.
💫Community Showcase featuring Latin American and Middle Eastern dance, bringing together performers from different backgrounds in a celebration of identity, creativity, and belonging.
🪩Open Party Jam – then the dance floor is yours! EveryBODY is invited to dance, connect, and move at their own pace with:
🎧3MR bringing the best Arab vibes.
🎧La Osa keeping the Latin rhythms flowing.
Created by Latino Dance Project & Nancy Ahmar Dance, this evening celebrates the friendships, creativity, and chosen family we've built in Govanhill.
Together, we'll celebrate what unites us, break boundaries, and build bridges through movement.
