Ever wanted to recreate your favourite games charatcers? Perhaps you really enjoy a sport and want to be able to show that in your home? Now, you can, with this Sip ‘n’ Paint workshop, with a hobbies & interests theme!
All experience levels are welcome, including beginners who haven't touched paint since you were in secondary school art class! This workshop is intended to be very relaxed, no judgement and what you make doesn't have to be perfect, or even good, it's the joy of making that matters most! I will be on hand to help guide you, including with what colours you need to make other colours, composition/layout, references and more.
You will be able to take your painting home with you to keep, or gift to a friend/loved one. You will be provided with all the materials you need to make your painting (paints, canvas board, brushes and water to wash your brushes when changing colours), however materials used to create your masterpiece (paints and brushes) must be returned once you have finished using them.
Food and Drink are not provided, if you wish to eat and drink, you will need to purchase this from the venue. Ticket costs cover the cost of my time, transport and materials, including maintenance of tools.
This is a strictly 18+ event due to the use of paints, topics of interest being discussed and to provide adults a space to socialise seperate from work/other commitment. Please be aware that children will not be allowed to attend this event, including if they are accompanied by their parent (please note, if you book and bring your child/children, you will be asked to leave and not receive a refund).
Please do not wear your best clothing, as paint may get on your clothes and stain them! While you will be using acrylic paint, which is often washable, it is not guarenteed!
