Programmers of Tomorrow's second (and final) workshop is facilitated by the brilliant, energetic and endlessly creative film programmer Token Homo - if you haven't been to his Bar Trash events at cinemas across London, you haven't lived. The workshop will start with the practical with a brief breakdown of the basics of film licensing, and then get down to the juicy creative stuff. You'll hear from Richard aka Token Homo about how and why he builds queer community around the beauty of the B-movie, and get the chance to bounce your own community film programming ideas and dreams around with other film lovers. All amidst the ephemera of cinemas past at the beautiful Cinema Museum!
Doors will open at 12.15pm. The workshop will begin at 1pm and run until 3pm, with a short break in the middle.

Programmers of Tomorrow culminates in an all-day triple-feature film-festival at the Cinema Museum on Sun 29 November, where every programmer screens a film for the first time! You don't have you attend any PoT workshops in order to submit your idea for the PoT all-dayer, but they can be a great space to develop your idea! All-dayer submission form coming soon, deadline Sun 25 Oct. If selected, you will have access to funding to pay for film licensing and support with promoting your screening.
