East London Community Band play jazz for Cable Street
The East London Community Band (ELCB) Jazz Section invites you to a special conceert to mark the 90th anniversary of the Battle of Cable Street.
Come and relax, listen to good music, enjoy the Yurt Cafe’s excellent refreshments and learn about an iconic event in our local history and why it's still important today.
ELCB rehearse every Friday night in the Shadwell Centre near the epicentre of the Battle of Cable Street. We are rooted in the community and have players at every level from beginner to very advanced.
Event free, all welcome.
