Are you aged 15–25 and curious about where your passions could take you? Join us for an interactive, inspiring day exploring the unique, diverse career paths across marine planning, nature conservation, real estate, technology, and more with The Crown Estate!
What is The Crown Estate? It's a unique business that looks after massive parts of the UK’s land, sea, and city spaces. It's responsible for leasing space on the seabed for offshore wind farms, mapping nature, caring for the ancient forests of Windsor Great Park and running famous shopping streets like Regent Street in London. It isn’t owned by the Royal Family and the King doesn't run it. It works independently to protect the environment, boost green energy, and return all its profits straight back to the government to support public services like hospitals and schools.
So, whether you’re passionate about protecting marine life, working outdoors in park management, diving into tech, or getting hands-on in real estate and project management, there’s a place for you here!
What to expect:

As with all Mosaic Works career days and employability events, showing up to this day matters. Because it proves you've got the initiative, engagement, and reliability to show up on time, members who participate will get extra consideration for upcoming paid work experience placements through Mosaic.
❗❗❗ You must be a registered young adult (15-25) member of Mosaic LGBT+ Young Persons' Trust to attend this event. Membership will be confirmed and tickets will be cancelled if you are not a registered member. If you are between the ages of 18-25, you can register for free here.
