In an era where climate change is pushing ripeness and alcohol levels in even the coolest winegrowing regions to unprecedented heights, it's increasingly challenging to find wines with more classical alcohol levels that still deliver real depth and character.
Luckily for you, we've assembled a selection of extraordinary wines to show how many producers and regions are keeping the lighter side of wine alive and well. From higher altitudes to indigenous varieties, so many of the factors that make these wines irresistible also keep them below the evening's 12.5% limit.

Tastings are seated and include a selection of fine wines chosen on a loose theme, each accompanied with plenty of background and chat, with some light snacks (so do eat beforehand). The wines will be confirmed and bought within about 72 hours of the tasting, so strictly no refunds after this point.
