An online workshop for LGBTQ+ people aged 18 to 30.
Anxiety can show up differently for each of us. Sometimes it is a constant feeling of worry or overwhelm. Sometimes it affects our sleep, relationships, confidence or ability to simply enjoy the moment. And sometimes we do not even realise that what we are experiencing is anxiety.
This relaxed and open workshop is a space for LGBTQ+ people aged 18 to 30 to come together, share experiences and explore practical ways of understanding and coping with anxiety.
We will talk about how anxiety appears in our everyday lives, share different personal experiences and perspectives, and explore practical tips and techniques that may help when anxiety feels overwhelming.
This is not about finding one solution that works for everyone. It is about learning from each other, discovering different approaches and finding tools that might work for you.
Before the workshop, everyone who registers will receive a short survey. Your answers will help us understand what you are experiencing and what you would like to explore, allowing us to personalise the workshop around the people actually attending.
Come as you are. You do not need to prepare anything or have any previous experience with workshops or group discussions.
