Hosted by acclaimed Whisky Ambassador Nathan Shearer, you’ll sample five exceptional Japanese whiskies, each perfectly paired with Tonkotsu’s iconic dishes.
We’ll kick things off at 6pm with a bespoke whisky cocktail, then from 6:30pm dive into an immersive tasting where Nathan will guide you through the flavours, craftsmanship and rich history behind Japan’s whisky scene.
Expect a warm, lively atmosphere, expert tips, and plenty of chances to ask questions – all while enjoying incredible food and drink.
