About this session
Format: Discussion
Life after 40 can sometimes feel full of responsibilities, routines and expectations and not having enough energy or time. But where does fun, spontaneity and pleasure fit in?
In this Forty & Beyond session, we’ll explore what makes us feel alive, playful and joyful. Whether that’s going out, instant hook-ups or sex, dating, travel, friendships, hobbies, creativity, flirting, dancing, or simply doing something that makes us smile.
- What does having fun look like for us as we get older?
- What does fun mean to you now?
- Have we become too serious as we’ve got older?
- What would you like to make more room for in your life?
