The Context:As Communities Empowerment Network (CEN) closes, we invite you to engage with our legacy. We are offering a workshop designed specifically for Headteachers and Senior Leadership Teams to explore a reflective approach to behavioural incidents.
Why This Matters for Leadership:This workshop addresses those in positions of responsibility for young people. It offers a framework to support your staff in managing difficult behaviour while ensuring equity and safeguarding the long-term interests of the child and the school community.
