The London Euphonia Orchestra (LEO for short) was formed in London in 2012 and are quickly gaining momentum in the London music scene for their friendly and entertaining performances played at a high standard. LEO is made up of a group from varied backgrounds: from teachers to lawyers, scientists and policemen.
The next event on Saturday 21st November once again brings together the talented orchestra conducted by Dario Peluso for a night of rousing symphonies. LEO will be celebrating its 10th concert playing the following:
Josh Spear - Kinetic Cathedrals (Premiere)
Alexander Borodin - In the Steppes of Central Asia
Bedrich Smetana - Má Vlast: Vltava, "The Moldau"
Camille Saint-Saëns - Symphony No.3 in C minor, "Organ Symphony"
The concert starts at 7.30pm and takes place at St Andrew Holborn church (right in central London!) and will finish around 9/9.30pm. There will be a bar serving wine and nibbles before the concert and during the interval.
