About the book:
‘So intimate and psyche-gripping I had to remind myself to breathe’ Torrey Peters, author of Detransition, Baby on the series
When Stefan “Stef” Riley encounters a woman who looks uncannily like his missing childhood mentor, he begins to suspect that the disappearance he has been grieving for a year may not be the end of the story.
Soon he notices a disturbing pattern: young men from a nearby university go missing, and years later, women who resemble them begin to appear, all living at the same secluded residence just off campus. Dorley Hall is a privately run dormitory with its own rules, its own hierarchies, and a secret programme at its core. As Stef pushes closer to the truth, the story widens to include multiple viewpoints and buried histories, revealing how power is exercised, justified, and resisted within Dorley’s walls.
Written by Alyson Greaves, The Sisters of Dorley began as an episodic online series and has grown into a cult phenomenon, inspiring a dedicated fan base, a reader-maintained wiki, and extensive fan fiction and artwork. Secrets of Dorley Hall is the highly anticipated second novel in the series, following Welcome to Dorley Hall. Blending psychological suspense with speculative fiction, this is a gripping exploration of control, complicity and transformation.
