As part of our regular slot at Transmission, we wanted to do something super lowkey as the nights get shorter and the weather gets colder. For October, we invite you to keep stepping outside and hang out in community with us in a low pressure environment.
It will be a potluck, games night and craft session all rolled into one, so bring a dish, a game or a craft, or just bring yourself - be comfy and cosy and use the space like a living room, where you can try new things, meet new people or simply just do what you usually do around other Queer/Trans Black people/People of Colour.
Drop in any time between 6 and 8:30pm (we will close up at 9pm).
There will be no specific activity but a potluck, games and craft night all rolled into one where you can choose what you would like to participate in. We will have games, art materials etc. for you to use too.
If you are bringing a dish for the potluck, please just write down any possible allergens / important dietary information (e.g., contains peanuts and sesame, or suitable for vegans).
