Join Soru for Queer Yoga at The Common Press Dalston, part of our wellbeing series as we ease into the colder months. Centring queers and FLINTA* folx of the global majority, these sessions offer time to slow down, stretch and reconnect with your body.
Soru’s caring, gentle and invitational approach brings together breathwork, yoga poses, slow flow and guided meditation, accompanied by a curated soundscape. Move at your own pace, take breaks when you need to and explore what feels good for your body.
Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your practice, there’s space to rest, release tension, build strength and feel more grounded. All levels, bodies and ages are welcome.
Yoga mats will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own. Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
