Did you miss the chance to grab a ticket for our two night sold out run of A Very Unserious Theatre Company's ‘Yorkingland’? Never fear! Come and see the screening of our queer medieval musical!
“Yorkingland” follows the story of the race to secure the crown of Yorkingland following the death of the lesbian queen. Her disappointing son, Prince Daniel, must find a wife within one week or else the throne falls to the evil royal advisor, Rufus. Watch him navigate rat princesses, bad dates, therapy sessions from a wizard, mummy issues, evil schemes and (hopefully) finding true love.

We are 'A Very Unserious Theatre Company!' A brand new community grassroots theatre group based in Leeds. We are an inclusive theatre group for people of all backgrounds who want to give theatre a try without having to take it too seriously.
This September, we put on a production of our show 'Yorkingland', adapted and written by our directors, Hannah Davies and Gemma Gates. This was then masterfully filmed and edited by Teddy Booth so that our many fans and admirers, and those who didn't manage to grab the hottest ticket in town, would be able to watch it!
All ticket sales to this event will be going towards our next production.
