Queer Running Club is inviting you to join us on Saturday 17th October for our seasonal retreat!
QRC's Big Autumn Reset is an afternoon for movement and recovery - all in support of Positive East. ❤️
This event will start with a lululemon fit session at their Spitalfields store before heading out for a 5km run together. You’ll be kitted out in a lululemon top and bottom to run in! Bag drop available during the run and your bags will be transported separately to our retreat destination, Waking Dreams.
✨ Here’s the plan:
1:00pm — lululemon fit session in store at lululemon, 1 Horner Square, London E1 6EW.
2:00pm — 5km run out through Shoreditch at a sociable pace and lead by QRC's founder and lululemon ambassador, Coach Kole.
3:00pm — Post-run stretch and Chinese medicine-inspired cool-down with lululemon ambassador, Rachel Lopez.
4:00pm — Private sauna session at Waking Dreams …use of nordic dry sauna with skylight and choice of three cold plunges.
5:00pm — Hot food and relax at Waking Dreams.
PLEASE NOTE: We have a photographer joining us throughout the day to capture the event (but not for the sauna part). If you have any questions, please reach out!
