On Thursday 19th November, we're taking over The Phoenix for the Queer Comedy Social!
Come along and experience some of the best stand up comedy in the UK in a fun, friendly and welcoming environment that champions queer talent.
Our headliner is the incredible Chloe Petts. You might have seen them on the latest season of Taskmaster, Live at the Apollo, or Have I Got News For You. Chloe’s most recent show Big Naturals premiered at the Edinburgh Fringe in August 2025, and achieved a sell out run. The show also received rave reviews, including from The Scotsman, which stated that Chloe has “world-class stand-up skills… drenched in laughs and warmth. We must never take Chloe Petts for granted.”
We'll also be welcoming the hilarious Sydney May, who was crowned Comedy Bloomers' LGBTQ+ New Comedian of the year 2025 & Komedia's New Comedian of the Year 2025.
These powerhouses will be joined by MC Matthew Ali (Queerovision winner), and some of the hottest new acts on the circuit: Caz Thorne (BBC Comedy shortlist 2026, SYTYF? semi-finalist) and Pheebs Stephenson (Marie Gouldbourne award winner).
Oh, and did we mention? There will be some SCANDALOUS prizes up for grabs throughout the night…
Doors open at 7:30pm. The show runs from 8:00pm-10:00pm and includes an interval.
