Join us at Out & Wild's Summer CampOUT. Once again, we have secured the WHOLE of a woodland area, plus 2 x lodges at the stunning Avon Tyrrell Outdoor Centre on the edge of the beautiful New Forest. There will be pitches available for a mixture of tents and campers, some with electric hook up. We will have options to join activities in the day plus campfires in the evenings. This weekend is open to all, including families, and dogs are welcome in camping area (on leads). There will be hosts from Out & Wild who will be there to welcome all and support on activities.
This event is family friendly, but also open to couples, groups of friends and solo attendees. Last year we had a good mix.
The Price includes the whole pitch or room. For tents and vans you choose how many come. There is plenty of space for large tents and awnings for vans. For rooms, max numbers are indicated. You can hire extra camp beds for the rooms at no charge (subject to availability).
We do also have Saturday day spaces. These are per person and allow you to come and join us for Saturday.
You bring your own food and drinks (there are fridges, cooking facilities and crockery, pans and utensils in the kitchens for those in lodges). There is a cafe and small shop on site.
The price also includes
- Nightly campfires (subject to fire restrictions at time), and we will have a Pizza night, using portable pizza ovens on the Saturday (gluten free and vegan, veggie options available). £10 per pizza.
- Free activities for under 5s - stone painting, nature hunts and drawing. There is also a playground area next to our space, suitable for under 12s
- A Pop up Marquee with power, chairs and tables for teenagers
- A walk on Saturday PM for all
- Morning guided movement
You can book activities for all ages from the team at Avon Tyrell, this includes water sports on lake, zip wire, high ropes, archery, climbing wall, abseiling. You can also bring on rent bikes for the onsite bike trail. Please note many of the activities are for children over 5, which is why deliver this. We will send booking links when they open.
You need to pack up by 10am Sunday, but can stay on site the rest of the day, you can also extend your stay by contacting Avon Tyrell direct (explain you are on the Out & Wild Booking).
