Making friends as an adult is hard. Everyone is scrolling or hiding behind a screen, most people stay in their cliques, and we queers know all too well how hard it can be to meet new people on the scene.
Queer Offline changes that. Phones go in a locked box, so for one afternoon there's nothing to scroll and nothing to hide behind. Bring a hobby you "never have time for", get stuck in alongside others, and the conversation starts on its own.

November 8th PROGRAM:
👉 PLEASE be on time (5pm) to enjoy the full experience of this event.
- Meet each other, say hi to a stranger, hangout, settle in
- Intro to the event - we promise it's not a Ted Talk
- INTROVERTED part - chilling, reading, journaling, knitting, meditating, napping, whatever gets you in the self zone. Curated playlists to help you to get into your own zen.
EXTRAVERTED part - socialising, making friends, guided open floor discussion + sharing your insights, tips for better digital habits + TBA (artist or a mini workshop)
NOTE: Please bring with you a book, journal, crochet set, or whatever helps you connect with yourself during the INTROVERTED part.
We will also provide some crosswords, books, and drawing materials.
💶 Please bring cash or a physical card with you to pay for your drinks/snacks, as you won’t have access to your phone till the end of the event
