- Topic: What makes life good after 50?
- Date: Tuesday 10th November, 2026
- Time: 6 - 7.30pm
About this session
What makes life enjoyable, meaningful and fulfilling as we get older?
Whether it’s spending time with friends, discovering new interests, enjoying the little things in life or having the freedom to be more of ourselves, we all have different ideas about what makes life good.
- What does a good life look like for you?
- What do you enjoy most about life at this stage?
- Is there anything you appreciate more now than you did when you were younger?
Come along for a friendly chat about what brings us happiness, what we value most and what we enjoy about life today. It’s a chance to share experiences, exchange ideas and discover what helps us thrive as LGBTQ+ people over 50.
About 50+ HangOuts
A twice-monthly friendly and welcoming online social and peer support group for all older LGBTQ+ people aged 50 and over.
Our aim is to reduce isolation by creating a safe space to get to know each other through shared lived experiences, topic discussions and creative activities.
This online space is an opportunity to build community by coming together and connecting with one another in a safe and friendly non-judgmental space.
- Please try to arrive 5 minutes early. The Zoom room closes at 6.10pm (this is so we can minimise any disruption).
- Please read our online group agreement
