Join us for a cosy evening of wax sculpting and charm making ˚ʚ♡ɞ˚‪‪❤︎‬

In this workshop we'll be making solid bronze charms that you can then wear on a chain, ribbon, pin or keyring. Whether you want to make a gift for someone special or just make something cute for yourself, this workshop is a great intro if you've been wanting to make jewellery but don't know where to start! No prior metalsmithing or wax modelling experience needed at all—this is a low-pressure, beginner-friendly workshop. We'll be in a small group to make sure everyone has lots of help and advice.

What to Expect

Inspo & Carving: We’ll look at some references for inspiration, so bring along a few sketches or loose ideas! We'll help you develop them into two unique wax pieces during the session.
The Process: We’ll cover all the basics of sculpting, finishing, and adding loops/bail attachments so your piece is ready to wear. You'll choose your favourite of the two waxes to be cast into metal.
Casting & Finishing: After the workshop, your chosen wax piece will be cast in solid bronze using the lost-wax method, professionally hand-finished, polished, and brought back to the bar before the 12th of December! 🕯✨
Add ons: The cost of casting + labour to finish one piece is included in your ticket price. If you would like to have both pieces cast, please chat to our host to arrange this. It will be an extra 20-25£, depending on casting cost :-).

Feel free to arrive a lil early to grab a drink, settle in, and get comfy <3

Accessibility: The front half of our bar—including the entrance, bathroom, bar area, and several tables—is fully wheelchair accessible. Please note that access to the rear section of the venue and the garden involves three steps. If you have specific accessibility requirements, drop us a message and we’ll be in touch <3
