Helen Bauer
In August 2019, her debut show at the Edinburgh Festival beat out 700 other shows to be nominated for the Best Newcomer Award, followed by a Soho Theatre run.
TV appearances include The Dog Ate My Homework (CBBC), Fat Chat (Comedy Central), Edinburgh Nights (BBC Two), Period Dramas (BBC Three), Unexpected Fluids (Radio 1), and Radio 4’s Comedy Club (Radio 4).

Cardinal Burns
Seb Cardinal and Dustin Demri-Burns formed acclaimed sketch comedy group CARDINAL BURNS after graduating from university together. They took their surreal and off-beat brand of sketch comedy to the Edinburgh Fringe, where they were swiftly spotted and offered a show on E4. Cardinal Burns earned widespread acclaim, garnering a BAFTA nomination for "Best Comedy", and winning "Best Sketch Show" at the British Comedy Awards, where they were also nominated for "Best Comedy Breakthrough Artist" and "Best New Comedy Programme". Further accolades included wins for "Best Multichannel Programme" and "Best Comedy Programme" at the Broadcast Awards, and "Funniest TV Show" at the Loaded LAFTA awards. In 2014 Cardinal Burns series 2 aired on Channel 4, after which the duo embarked on their first UK tour.
They are now busy with several projects in development, and are a popular fixture on the London comedy scene, hosting a monthly night at the Moth Club in Hackney.
Cardinal Burns were recently included in The Guardian’s list of the 50 best comedians of the 21st century.
Matthew Highton
Matthew Highton is a Northern stand-up and filmmaker currently exiled down south. His career has seen him on BBC Three, Radio 4, Sky One, ITV and Radio 4 Extra, performing his critically acclaimed solo shows at festivals across the world and his latest special is currently streaming on Next Up.
Recently he has been one of the faces of Beano Studios, working with them as a presenter, writer and director, including directing and performing for their flagship Sky One show So Beano. He currently has a Resonance FM show with Joz Norris, after co-hosting a show with multi award winning Tony Law. He has also been writing for Channel 4’s Mashed where his videos have amassed over a million views each.
A devout nerd, his love of pop culture got him the role of resident host across all of the Belgium ComicCons and seen him on stage at massive conventions such as EGX, MCM’s London ComicCon and appearances on Radio 4’s Film Programme.

MC Eshaan Akbar
Eshaan Akbar began performing stand-up in 2014. He made the final of the So You Think You're Funny competition and Laughing Horse in the same year. In 2016, he supported Micky Flanagan on his warm up tour. He has gone on to support Dane Baptiste, Hal Cruttenden, Rory Bremner, Jan Ravens, and Sindhu Vee.
On TV, he has appeared on The Big Asian Stand-Up, Frankie Boyle's New World Order and Mock the Week, and has written for Rob Rinder's Good Year, Bad Year, on radio he has been heard on BBC Radio 4, BBC Asian Network, talkSPORT and Love Sport Radio.
