Our response to COVID-19

At Camden Shorinji Kempo we are fully committed to the well-being of our community. We know that for many of us, exercise is an important part of both our mental and physical health! Therefore, we are going to try and keep training running as best as we can.

However, it is also necessary to take precautions at this time. This means that, for now, we will move our sessions online. Classes will be held on Zoom and will focus on the philosophy of Shorinji Kempo as well as single-form techniques.
