I'm teaming up with some brilliant independent musicians such as MIRI, ME & Deboe, Wild and Sherika Sherard as the soundtrack to my online dance classes to dance, flow, stomp, strut our way through lockdown.
These online sessions run every Monday at 7pm and Tuesday at 5pm (GMT+1).
I will get you moving with exciting new music and you'll find you engage your brain, free up your heart and soul and have a moment to forget the strange times we're in!
I'll teach you choreography to a different track each Tuesday (repeats run on the Mondays). The dance style is combinations of contemporary, jazz, latin and commercial and I'll be breaking down the movements for anyone of any level to learn. All movement is adaptable and accessible.
The registration fee is £12 per household per session.
Sign up for a 'Dancing Keenos' bundle (only available on my website) of 4 sessions for £40 (saving £8). If money is a barrier please email hello@rachelsparksdance.co.uk for a donation place ☺️
All you'll need is access to some space, laptop/tablet/phone with a front facing camera. You can turn off your camera once we've said hi if that makes you feel more comfortable.

What regular participants have said;
Such Joy! Thank you for producing such a wonderful opportunity for us all to get together online and dance. It's doing me the world of good to break out of my comfort zone... In these turbulent times, it's really great to spend some time learning something new in a supportive and low-pressure environment. Fliss
I cannot begin to express how much joy your dance classes have brought me in the last few weeks. I've had a turbulent relationship with my body since being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. It is beyond wonderful that your classes have given me the confidence to use my body to access hope and strength, at a time when I need it the most. Thank you for offering dance as a source of replenishment and for making your classes accessible to everyone. I especially appreciate that you offer options and adaptations for different types of bodies. Louise
