These sessions will be online via Zoom. Let's make 2020 all about self care: "I Am Enough" gives you the tools and techniques to help you reduce and stop anxiety, stress, depression, low confidence, panic attacks, phobias & addictions.
Anyone is welcome, from those who have never done a session before to those who have practiced.
Led meditations cover, sound healing, E.F.T., wellbeing techniques, ​and coaching. A fresh look at mindfulness.

This will be a safe and friendly environment
