Summer 2020 is ON and Sun mostly shines bright this year in Britain! After such a long lockdown, we are finally back! If you're into fitness, or simply want to enjoy a gay-friendly workout, TheWeekending is the place to be!
The Workout:
For our summer edition expect a high intensity full body workout (accessible to any fitness level), led by Fabio, TheWeekending master-trainer, where you will perform explosive dynamic exercises, pump your muscles, improve your strength, sweat and most of all have fun!
The Post Workout:
The Weekending isn't just about a sweat-drenching workout, but it's also a social event, where we can have a laugh and make new friends!
