AUDIENCE GUIDELINES
We're delighted to be able to host you but in order to do so safely, we'd ask you to please read and follow the government guidelines below.
1) Please stay home if you or anyone in your group or household has symptoms of COVID-19.
2) If at all possible, please avoid public transport on your journey to The Apple Tree.
3) Please avoid bringing big bags and lots of belongings with you.
4) There is a cap of 6 guests in each booking.
5) We must keep contact details of ticket holders for 21 days from their visit. We will not pass on your information for any other reason than track and trace. Our QR code for the NHS Track and Trace programme is available to scan upon arrival if you choose to do so.
6) If you book a table for pre-show drinks, the maximum group size is 6 (or more if all are from one household). This rule also applies to the ticket seats you book. If you are at an early show, you may only stay on after the show if you have booked a table, or can be assigned one by our bar team on a first come first served basis.
7) Outside bookings may consist of up to 6 customers. Unfortunately, you will not be able to move inside if it rains and there is not space. Outside tables will be removed by 10pm.
8) Audiences must stay seated. Table service is mandatory. Upon arrival, if you would like to have a drink, you must be seated by a member of staff and raise your spoon for service. When you are not seated, you must wear a mask.
9) Please pay with a card.
10) Please pay attention to any signs and one-way systems and do not move the furniture around as it has been laid out with social distancing in mind.
11) We want you to have a wonderful time, but please keep noise levels to a minimum. Please be understanding if our staff or performers ask you to lower your voices.
12) There are hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities within the pub. Please make sure to clean your hands regularly and avoid leaning on or touching shared surfaces. Our staff will be undertaking regular cleaning throughout opening hours.
13) We may be asked to close at short notice. Please be understanding and kind to our staff in these circumstances.
14) We have a closing time of 10pm. Last orders are at 9.30pm.
15) Finally, please be patient and kind with our team. They are trying their best in a very new and different work environment. They have been given training about these guidelines so please do ask them if you have any questions or concerns.
