Ailey to Abdul: Glenn Graham in conversation Jonny Woo
Glenn Graham, principle dancer and resident director for New Adventures screens some of his favourite moments by black dancers and choreographers on film.
Glenn Graham has danced with New Adventures, one of the UK’s leading contemporary dance companies since 2003, taking principal roles in Swan Lake, Cinderella, and Car Man. He joins Jonny Woo to share key moments of black dancers and choreographers on film by notable artists such as renowned African American choreographer Alvin Ailey, pop sensation and choreographer Paula Abdul, and the African Dance sequence from Coming to America.
Jonny chats with him further about his life as a dancer with a world-leading dance company.
