The Gay Happiness Project's flagship mindfulness and emotional wellbeing programme is now available as a virtual programme online!
The 8-week mindfulness-based group training programme designed for gay men who want to increase happiness and life satisfaction, will be delivered in a virtual format which will include a 2-hour live session every week.
The four foundations of the Gay Happiness Project are:
- Mindfulness
- Positive Psychology
- Brain-science
- Self-compassion
With a focus on kindness and compassion you will learn life skills and effective self-care techniques that will enable you to develop a better understanding of yourself and embrace life with greater ease.
Participants quickly establish meaningful connections, building confidence and trust with fellow participants by sharing experiences and learning together in a supportive environment that is practical and down-to-earth.
By the end of this highly effective course you will have learned how to become your own best friend, and how to create a connected, healthy and balanced life.
