The Quest Mosaic are gatherings where Black, Asian and other Racialised Minority gay, bi & queer men come together to connect, share experiences and build community.
Each session has a different theme as the focal point, with attendees participating in small breakout groups to muse, reflect and respond to some questions posed by the facilitators.
Each gathering is self-contained, so there is no need to have been to previous sessions.
The sessions are free to attend. They are funded by the Inclusive Recovery Fund, along with their partners, Comic Relief and the Department for Digital, Culture, Media Sport (DCMS).

The sessions are facilitated by Ade Adeniji & Sonny Thaker.
Adé Adeniji is a certified Coach, Group Facilitator and Consultant. He is a Certified Daring Way™ and Dare to Lead™️ Facilitator, programmes based on the research of Dr Brené Brown which explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, empathy and worthiness.
He is co-founder of ‘The Quest for Gay Men’, a UK-based social enterprise that delivers personal development programs aimed at transforming the relationships gay, bi and queer men have with themselves, others and the world they inhabit.
Adé is co-author and contributor to the book "Love Me As I Am: gay men reflect on their lives". He is also contributor to the anthologies “Black and Gay in the U.K. and “BLESSED BODY: The Secret Lives of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Nigerians.
Sonny Thaker is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. He has also trained with Landmark Worldwide and studied personal development for over two and a half decades.
Using powerful approaches based in Positive Psychology, Wellbeing and Metaphysics, Sonny aims to increase Human Potential in leaders, creatives, people and workplace teams who know they are capable of more. His clients thrive by focusing on what’s ‘right about them’ and building on that.
While growing his expertise in Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, Sonny has crafted a coaching practice in giving people and companies the tools that allow them to reframe their view, recognize & own the BEST in themselves and aim that talent to shatter old limits & blocks that have kept them from truly living their potential.
