This is an occasion to learn few cooking tips that you can use for your dates or dinners with friends but also meet new people, share stories and have some fun.
Gay Aperitivo with Luca is a casual and informal virtual naked meetup that gathers monthly for gay men only.
On the day we prepare together few canapes or cook a meal together. While we eat and drink, we can socialise and focus on making professional and personal connections, sharing advices, jokes, personal stories and even flirt and find the next cupid match.
All while appreciating the freedom of being naked or wearing only an apron.

The goal is to provide a safe space for gay guys to explore and share their stories with one another, and to provide support on how to navigate the world as a queer person.
A different topic will be explored each time. The list of topics will include subjects such as relationships, coming out, dealing with discrimination, sexuality, gender identity, sexual expression, sexual fantasies, dating rules and tips, hygiene habits that can be a turn-off or deal-breakers and so on.
You are more than welcome to share some readings, video footages, music, art pieces and everything else that could be related to the topics and that could help, guide and uplift others.

This meetup will help to:
- Release anxiety about the lockdown and current world situation
- Gain clarity on what we want or need from our gay life
- Challenge self-limiting beliefs
- Acquire fresh perspectives
- Reveal new information about ourselves
- Re-calibrate what we think is possible in life
- Try something new, feel inspired or get creative
- Increase the positive impact we have in the world
- Exploring success through different lenses
- Gain more confidence and self esteem
- Feel confident to explore and talk about sexual fantasies
- Don't feel ashamed of who we are and our bodies

Remember we are not alone!

For this occasion I will also show you how to make an Italian "frittata" and how to serve it as an Aperitif with your date.

You will need the following ingredients for 2 pax:

- 5 eggs
- 1 courgette
- 1 onion
- grated parmesan cheese
- few parsley leaves
- salt and black pepper
- parma ham or smoked salmon (approximately 6 slices)
- 3 bread slices

Please note you can also add crisps, hummus or other pre-cooked dips for a more substantial aperitif.

UTENSILS REQUIRED:

- 1 anti-adherent (very important), no-sticky frying pan
- 1 bowl
- fork, knife and spatula
- chopping board
- serving plate
