BGWMC'S COVID POLICY:
Following on from the Government's announcement we are soooo excited to open up our dancefloor once more!
Lets look after each other!
From the 19th you will be required to provide one of the following to guarantee your entry into the venue:
1: Proof of a Negative RAPID lateral flow test taken within 24 hours prior to attendance
we will accept the following formats:
- a *physical* negative rapid lateral flow test which you can show us on entry (we won't accept photos)
- a confirmation email or text after you reported a rapid lateral flow test result here: https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result
2. Proof of a Negative PCR test taken within 24 hours prior to attendance
we will accept the following formats:
- registered with a code on your NHS COVID-19 App
- confirmation text or email
3. Proof of Full vaccination (received 14 days prior to event)
we will accept the following formats:
- Show us your vaccination card
- NHS COVID PASS: available through the NHS App, NHS.UK,
OR as a letter that can be requested by ringing NHS 119 or here: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/covid-pass/get-your-covid-pass-letter/
4. A positive PCR test or rapid lateral flow test taken within the last 6 months (after you have finished self isolating and up to 180 days after taking the test) proof required as letter, text, email or displayed on the NHS COVID-19 App
Please don't be silly with this - don't try and trick the system or forge documents.... ultimately we're trying to keep everyone safe, happy and healthy and we hope you'll join us and do the same!?
